Everton are ready to splash the cash in order to secure the services of Manolo Gabbiadini, according to reports emerging out of England
Everton have made a very positive start to their Premier League campaign so far and one can already see the impact Ronald Koeman has had at Goodison Park.
Fans will surely now be hopeful that their side can mount a genuine bid for a place in the Champions League this season but one suspects that Koeman will have to further strengthen his squad in the next 10 days in order to do so.
So far, Everton have a couple of quality signings in the form of Yannick Bolasie, Ashley Williams and Idrissa Gueye and strengthening the attack will be high on the agenda for the Toffees at the moment.
Romelu Lukaku delivered a huge boost to Everton after seemingly suggesting that he would like to stay put this summer but nonetheless, Koeman is said to be keen on bringing in another attacker to the club and Manolo Gabbiadini has recently been mentioned as a target.
Gabbiadini is considered as one of the most promising strikers to have emerged out of Italy in recent times but he struggled for regular first team football at the Stadio San Paolo last season.
As a result, the 24-year-old has been linked with a move away and a transfer to England has been touted as a possibility, with the likes of West Ham United and Southampton said to be interested.
Even Everton seem to have entered the race to sign Gabbiadini and according to reports from Italy, the Toffees have already placed a bid of around £22 million for the Italian international.
