Everton manager Sam Allardyce believes that the duo of Davy Klaassen and Sandro Ramirez could leave the club this transfer window.
The duo of Davy Klaassen and Sandro Ramirez joined Everton earlier this season in a move many considered as smart business for the Toffees at the time but the move has not worked out as expected due to the duo’s failure to settle in England in time.
Both Klaassen and Ramirez have failed to impress for Everton and as a result have been compromised of game time this season.
It has led many to speculate that the duo will be leaving Everton this window either on loan or permanently to get more first team football and there seems to be mixed response to this rumor from Everton supporters.
Although there is mixed opinion regarding this transfer rumor, this idea of the duo leaving has been reinforced by the recent comments Allardyce made where he questioned the future of the duo.
The ex-England manager told reporters, “At this moment in time and from what we see, it hasn’t worked. The lad is prepared to fight for his place, but before I came and since I’ve been here, in all the other players, there seems to be more coming from them than there is from Davy.
“That’s a great shame. One, for the club and two, for the player. As a person and lad, he’s a terrific young man, but at the moment, there’s not a place in the side for him.
“It’s the same with Sandro. He’s had two or three. I can’t give him any more chances than that because my job is about getting results on the pitch. He drops himself, picks himself. I don’t drop him.”
