Everton are currently considering a swoop for Juventus trio Daniele Rugani, Simone Zaza and Roberto Pereyra, according to reports from the Liverpool Echo
Everton have already shown their ambition this summer by splashing the cash to recruit the services of Ronald Koeman as manager and now the Toffees will surely be looking forward to making a similar impact in terms of purchasing players as well.
Everton have been linked with big money moves for the likes of Axel Witsel, Juan Mata, Georginio Wijnaldum and Kalidou Koulibaly among others so far this summer but a bit surprisingly though, the Toffees have only managed to complete the underwhelming signing of Maarten Stekelenburg.
Nonetheless, things are expected to pick up for Everton during the coming weeks and now according to reports from the Liverpool Echo, revelations can be made that Koeman is currently eyeing a raid on Italian giants Juventus.
Claims have been made that Everton are plotting a move for the trio of Daniele Rugani, Simone Zaza and Roberto Pereyra, and the Premier League outfit could be placing a bid imminently.
Rugani is a highly rated defender but he has struggled for regular first team football at Turin and as a result, could be leaving the Juventus Stadium if the Italian giants’ asking price of around £25 million for the defender is met.
Even Simone Zaza and Roberto Pereyra look to be surplus to requirements at Juventus currently and the duo look certain to be leaving Turin in search of regular first team football.
Everton will in all probability have to spend close to £50 million in order to land the services of the trio and it will be interesting to see if the Toffees decide to go through with the major triple swoop.
