Premier League outfit Everton are considering a big money swoop for Sevilla midfielder Steven N’Zonzi, according to reports emerging out of England
Everton enjoyed a fairly successful time in the transfer window this summer after they were able to acquire the services of the likes of Idrissa Gueye, Yannick Bolasie and Ashley Williams among others but that being said, manager Ronald Koeman wanted to sign another midfielder as well.
It was no secret that Everton wanted to sign Moussa Sissoko from Newcastle United but they eventually missed out to Tottenham Hotspur.
One can be sure that Everton will be looking to bring in a new midfielder upon the reopening of the transfer window in January and a number of names have already started being linked with a move to Goodison Park in recent times.
Now according to reports emerging out of England, it has been claimed that Everton are currently considering a swoop for French midfielder Steven N’Zonzi.
N’Zonzi is currently plying his trade for Spanish side Sevilla and he played a crucial role in helping the Andalusians to the Europa League title last season.
As a result of his exploits, N’Zonzi has been attracting the interest from a host of clubs and Everton are said to be ready to splash as much as £20 million in order to acquire the services of the French midfielder.
