Venue: Liberty Stadium
Date: 06/03/2017
Kick-off: 17:30 (BST)
Everton travel to the Liberty Stadium to square off against Swansea City on Saturday and following the hammering at the hands of Chelsea, the Toffees will surely look to bounce back this weekend against the relegation strugglers.
Everton’s fine home record in 2017 was spoilt last weekend after Chelsea claimed a convincing 3-0 victory at Goodison Park but despite the nature of the defeat, the Toffees can have no shame in losing to a side who are likely to be champions.
However, this is not to say that manager Ronald Koeman would not have been disappointed by the result and will be urging his side to get back to winning ways when they square off against Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium this weekend.
Everton Team News
Given the manner of the defeat against Chelsea, it looks like Koeman will make a few changes to the starting lineup for the clash on Saturday.
The defence should remain unchanged with Leighton Baines, Ashley Williams, Phil Jagielka and Mason Holgate starting in front of Maarten Stekelenburg in goal.
Morgan Schneiderlin still remains a doubt for the clash due to injury but if the Frenchman comes in, he is likely to start at the middle of the park alongside Idrissa Gueye while Tom Davies, Ross Barkley and Kevin Mirallas start in the attacking areas.
Romelu Lukaku is certain to be leading the line for Everton and he will surely want to get some goals in order to end the campaign as the Premier League top scorer.
Probable Lineups

Everton (Probable XI): Stekelenburg; Baines, Jagielka, Williams, Holgate; Gueye, Schneiderlin, Mirallas, Davies, Barkley; Lukaku

Prediction
Everton have actually not beaten Swansea City in their last six consecutive meetings and one can be sure that the Swans will give the Toffees a tough game this weekend as well.
Swansea will have been encouraged by their battling 1-1 draw against Manchester United last weekend and with Paul Clement’s men fighting for their lives to survive, it looks likely that a draw could be on the cards – considering Everton’s poor record against the Welsh outfit.
